Kayak - Canoe Safari

What is safari? Safari is a special event, an adventure on its own. With kayaks and mini-rafts we set down the quieter parts of the rivers, and after few paddle strokes we have left the hustle and bustle of everyday city civilization. The trip down river is a gentle one accompanied by the singing of the local bird life, literally listening to the wind in the willows, sighting an occasional otter and the rhythm of this down river trip is kept by the splashing of our own paddles hitting the water. Occasionally we will encounter a flock of wild ducks and teal, or spy on a deer watering at the rivers edge.. We will be mindful of the fishermen patiently waiting their luck to come on the river banks and the reward will be their smile and a quiet hello . . . Indeed this is a special outing, suitable for relaxation as well as learning about this green peace of Europe called Slovenia, making new friendships, and in general have a whale of the time . . . There are at least two safaris, we recommend to you as best suited for the visiting tourist.
